From the early gold mining era of the \u201cGolden Chersonese\u201d to traditional goldsmithing techniques, the museum traces the growth of the local jewellery trade and the pioneering journey of the early Nanyang Chinese community. \n<br><br>\nHighlights include \u201cWu Ching Temple,\u201d traditionally worshipped by goldsmith masters, a recreation of Tomei\u2019s first gold shop established in 1973, and historical artefacts documenting its journey through the years. The museum also honours the life, family values, and social contributions of the late Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Ng Teck Fong. \n<br><br>\nWithin the jewellery gallery, visitors can discover traditional Chinese wedding jewellery, Malay and Peranakan jewellery, and other classic gold ornaments from different eras, reflecting Malaysia\u2019s rich multicultural heritage.
